Jugpreet Bajwa is his real name and he is from Vancouver BC, Canada. The world is as dark as night for him as both of his eyes were surgically removed because of retinoblastoma cancer when he was 6 months old.

He maintains that singing needs more of vision and passion than the eyes.

An image of quiet self-confidence, he is an inspiration to the physically challenged children.

He is a Classical trained singer and can sing Classical, Ghazals, Bhajans, Folk, Bhangra, Hindi Film Songs, the latest Rock and Hip Hop.

He first performed at the age of six; since then he has performed in more than 350 stage shows. Last year he had his own exclusive sold out concert in Vancouver.

He also performed at big shows like VIBC, Ismaile walk a thon etc.

Last year, there was a Surrey Fusion Festival hosted by the City Of Surrey, and the 3 singers they chose from the Indian community to perform at the Festival were Jazzy B, K.S Makhan and Jugpreet Bajwa.

His melodious voice combined with classical music and ragas has captured the hearts of many, and he can sing in Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and English.

The lyrics of Juggy Jag’s new album Juggy De Nakhare is written by world famous lyrists like T Pahal from UK, Jag Bajwa from Canada, K.D. Toor, Jassi Jas and Gaurav Anand. The music of every song is differently composed to highlight the different moods and nakharas of Juggy Jag. The song “PYARE PAPA” is especially dedicated to all the dads. The album is a mix of every blend and taste and every age-group is given due consideration while compiling the songs for this music album. The album is produced by Cosmo Royalz Music Entertainment Co. and music is composed by Mr. Charan Thakur and Mr. Subash Ghosh.
